Hip pain is a common complaint that can be caused by a wide variety of problems. Pain on the outside of your hip, upper thigh or outer buttock is usually caused by problems with muscles, ligaments, tendons and other soft tissues that surround your hip joint. Chief Complaints of sacroiliac pain are lower back pain, pain, numbness, tingling, weakness in the lower extremity, pelvis or buttock pain and groin pain.

Hip pain and sacroiliac joint pain will interrupt your golf swing, you will lose power, distance, precision and consistency. Our research team looked for solutions to avoid meniscus injuries which lead to stiffness and loss of motion.
