In order to correctly evaluate golf injuries and the risk of injury in golf, we need a holistic view. We should not only look at single areas, but always practice a holistic view.

According to MD Göbel, we have to consider overall health that takes into account not only the musculoskeletal system, cardiovascular mentality, cardiovascular structure, but also the mentality, i.e. the risk of depression and burnout. We need such a concept with a holistic view.

A Holistic View to Avoid Golf Injuries

If we have methods that do not apply a holistic view, but only train the cardiovascular system, but do not help depression, or methods that train the cardiovascular system, but cause massive damage to the knee, then we cannot call these methods healthy, because we only look at a single piece of the mosaic and ignore a holistic view.

If we want to take a holistic view and look at the individual as a whole, and if we want to talk about promotion of overall health, we need an overall concept which considers all these aspects.
