How everything began / History
Everything has started with pain. Frank always had pain after each round of golf, especially in his ankles. His ankles were very much affected by his professional handball playing when he was a teenager.
One day, everything turned bad. When he came back after a round of golf, there was a barbecue in his parent-in-law’s garden. His mother-in-law gave him ice to cool his left ankle. That was the point where he was thinking that he might have stop playing golf. But what kind of sport would he do instead?
Golf has everything you need to plan up until you´re old, but there are plenty of bio mechanics that works against the body.

- Golf trains your endurance. The cardiovascular and immune systems are strengthened, your overall fitness is improved.
- Golf promotes agility. Agility provides a better quality of your life.
- Golf promotes coordination. Everyone who has proper coordination, has a better quality of life. Everyone who often demands a lot from their brain, which is done with coordinative movements, is less affected by dementia.
- Golf can also train your balance, for more inner stable base.
There are many well-known, high injury statistics, among professional golfers. Doctors point out that the rate of injuries among amateurs is much higher because they do not have an accompanying fitness program, not to mention physio-therapeutic, and medical care.
During the barbecue, a lot was discussed about this situation. Frank’s mother-in-law said at some point to him: through your training as a coach for ski instructors, you know very well about bio mechanics, look now at the bio mechanics in the golf, try to define the weak points and make them better.
What started as a fun conversation, became serious. For the very first time, elementary optimizations had led Frank to no longer suffer pain. He did not want to stop golfing anymore, he wanted to continue, and with pleasure and joy.
What else can be improved? During this time, teams were formed that evaluated each optimization separately. Our constant search for improvements has resulted in a swing that is adapted to the anatomy of the body, so that it does not work against the body and does not expose it to overloading.
Through the health benefits, there were also performance advantages. How does it work? Actually, it is logical. If the body is no longer exposed to damaging movements, but can move freely, and without resistance, it will remain fit for longer and will not tire as quickly. The body has inner intelligence, it does not have to initiate protective functions and evasive movements to protect it, but can put all the energy into the movement and use it. Radar measurements show clear increases in the DIR, GIR, in the field of tour player quality.
Our friend, Dr. Goebel always says: Only those who have healthy bones / bodies can play sports, they are only able to be powerful with healthy bones / a healthy body. If I still have the right technique, the performance advantages are infinite.
