Exclusions
The partners may only advertise on the registered websites.
The Partner Websites may not contain or describe any content of the following types and may not be associated with or used in connection with such content:
- Banner lists or sites with click request/click compulsion (e.g. SMS dispatch, forced clicks, paid-for action pages)
- Paid-Link Collections
- Firearms, other weapons and content glorifying violence
- Drug paraphernalia
- Sites that contain dialers and/or spyware or install on the Internet user’s computer
- Content that is contrary to morality and applicable laws or the rights of third parties
- Comparative advertising, in particular aggressive comparative advertising which may give cause for problems with other advertisers and aggressive competing claims which are unfounded
We reserve the right to exclude partner websites with their own partner programs, which are under construction or incomplete (under construction), with unusually long loading times or cannot be reached, which, despite express acceptance of our application filter with regard to pornographic and violence-glorifying content, link on to such sites, which primarily have lottery content, with banner exchange offers, from participation or reject them subsequently.
SEM – Search Engine Marketing
Any advertisement on search engines (such as Google, Bing, Yahoo, etc.) is only permitted to a limited extent. The use of the brand term “consistencygolfswing” in all relevant spelling variants as well as in combination with other terms is prohibited. A Google Shopping listing as well as direct links are also not permitted.
Product Data Usage
Partners must be activated by us to use the product data. When using the product data, the partner undertakes to update them regularly (at least daily), to keep them confidential and not to pass them on to third parties. A Google Shopping listing is prohibited.
Advertising Material
- All advertising materials used within the framework of the affiliate program are protected by copyright. Use is only permitted for use within the framework of the affiliate program. Changes to texts or pictures or even own advertising statements are not permitted.
- Manipulation of the advertising materials or their incorrect use may result in the exclusion of the Partner from the Partner Program. The partner program operator reserves the right to forward legal claims arising from manipulated advertising material (e.g. false sales prices) to the partner websites.
- Any use other than the affiliate program, in particular commercial distribution or duplication, is prohibited or requires the prior written approval of the partner program operator. This also applies to inclusion in electronic databases and duplication on CD-ROM, DVD, etc.
- After termination of the contractual relationship, all advertising material and links from the partner site must be removed immediately (at the latest, however, after 24 hours).
- It is not permitted to advertise the campaign by e-mail to unknown e-mail addresses of third parties (spam).
- URLs, text links and link descriptions referring to our website must be clearly recognisable to third parties as being forwarded to the ConcsistencyGolfSwing website. Automatic and misleading redirects are not permitted.
- The partner is prohibited from designing a website or pages within websites in such a way that there is a risk of confusion with our website.
