If you rotate your hip more than 45 degrees, you will block your calve and femur muscles. You are not able to hold your centered position any more. A hip rotation of more than 45 degrees in the backswing will cause you to shift your weight to the right.

A Proper Shoulder Rotation – How far to Rotate

The same applies for shoulder rotation for more than 90 degrees. If you rotate your shoulder more than 90 degrees, you are not able to hold your hip position in a 45 degree position. The torsion force in your spine will rise up. Your body can no longer hold the core balance.This means avoid to rotate your shoulder more than 90 degrees.
